Balance Getaways Cancellation Policy

 

All cancellation notices must be sent via email to Balance Getaways in writing (info@balancegetaways.com.au) and will become effective as at the date of receipt by Balance Getaways.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

21 days or more prior to arrival –
If you are unable to make your getaway and cancel more than twenty one days in advance, you can choose either of the following:
a) Reschedule to an equivalent getaway on a future date if this is available. You will be credited for the amount of the original getaway and must pay an additional cost for the future date.
b) Accept credit towards any future getaway valid for 12 months from the date cancellation is received by Balance Getaways.
C) Receive a refund equal to the total amount of the getaway, excluding twenty percent of total getaway cost.

Cancellations received twenty one (21) days or less than the start date, I.e. 21 days prior to arrival of the getaway, will receive no refund. Any amount paid for getaway and transfers shall be forfeited.

You must make a payment via site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Pay Now" button on that page. The booking will be in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated, therefore depending on your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
